Polina Krass, MD

Class of 2022

Dr. Polina Krass is a Pediatrician at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and a fellow in the National Clinician Scholars Program, through which she is currently obtaining a Masters in Health Policy Research at the University of Pennsylvania. She also serves as a research scholar in the Center for Violence Prevention and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Dr. Krass completed her undergraduate degree in Chemistry at Harvard College. She subsequently matriculated to the New York University School of Medicine, where she studied medical and psychiatric disease amongst asylum seekers in New York City and worked on implementation of resiliency and attachment initiatives with young children involved with the foster care system.

Dr. Krass completed her pediatrics residency training at CHOP, where she currently functions as an attending physician within the Department of Pediatrics. She is interested in the impact of federal and state policy on adolescent health outcomes.
