Amanda O’Halloran, MD
Dr. Amanda O’Halloran is an attending pediatric critical care physician in the Division of Critical Care Medicine at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and an Assistant Professor of Anesthesia and Critical Care in the University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine. She graduated from Villanova University a Bachelor’s in Biology and Honors. She received her medical degree from the University of Massachusetts School of Medicine where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and completed her residency in Pediatrics at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. She then completed her fellowship in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School where she developed a research focus in pediatric cardiac arrest. She is interested on optimizing pediatric arrest care and policy, including utilizing the principles of implementation science to improve patient outcomes.
