Jennifer Ginestra, MD
Jennifer C. Ginestra, MD, is a fellow in the Division of Pulmonary, Allergy, and Critical Care at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She received a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Plan II Honors at The University of Texas at Austin. She then received her medical degree at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. She completed her internal medicine residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania where she trained in the Global Health Equities Track. Dr. Ginestra is a currently a fellow in the Center for Healthcare Improvement and Patient Safety (CHIPS) program. She is interested in the organization of healthcare delivery and in optimizing the delivery of evidence-based interventions for critically ill patients. Her current research focuses on improving the quality and timeliness of early sepsis care.
