Ashwin Nathan, MD,MSHP

Ashwin Nathan, MD is a fellow in the division of Cardiovascular Medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and will pursue advanced clinical training in coronary and structural interventions. His research has focused on the effect of quality metrics and performance measures on physician decision making and patient outcomes. His original research has been published in Circulation, Circulation Heart Failure among others. Dr. Nathan completed his BSE in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania and received his Doctorate in Medicine from the division of Health Sciences and Technology at Harvard Medical School and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He completed a residency at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
