Jade Shorter, MD

MSHP Student

Jade Shorter, MD is a fellow in the Division of Family Planning at the University of Pennsylvania. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Pepperdine University. She completed her medical training at the University of California, Davis and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Boston University. She is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Health Policy to develop her research career and learn how to utilize health policy to promote reproductive justice. Her research interests include improving patient experience with abortion and early pregnancy loss, and reducing disparities in family planning.
